Definition

Ordinarily just arriving at some level — reaching human parity, reaching 90% accuracy — where the interesting question is always on which evaluation and under what budget. In robotics it is also a named task: moving an end effector to a target position, the standard step before grasping or manipulation and a common sanity check for a new control method. Context separates the two easily.
