GLOSSARY

worth

appears in 2 paper titles

Definition

Used in titles to assert an equivalence across representations — the canonical case being "An Image Is Worth 16x16 Words," which announced that images cut into patches can be fed to a Transformer exactly as tokens are. The rhetorical move is always the same: claim that objects from one domain can be priced in the currency of another, and therefore handled by that domain's machinery.
