GLOSSARY
version
appears in 2 paper titles
Definition
A specific revision within a model or software lineage. Two checkpoints under the same product name can behave differently, so reproducibility depends on naming the exact version — this is why hosted models expose dated snapshot identifiers and why evaluation papers that omit them age badly. In the context of arXiv preprints the word instead refers to the revision number (v1, v2) of the paper itself.
