Definition

Handling tasks, modalities, or methods that were previously treated separately inside a single model or a single formulation. In a title it is a claim about architecture and framing: one interface instead of a zoo of task-specific systems. It differs from "general" — general speaks to how broadly a system applies, while unified speaks to the fact that everything enters through one shared mechanism.
