understandable

Definition
Able to be grasped by a person reading it. Raft's title made this a design goal in its own right for distributed systems: an algorithm that is provably correct but too subtle to implement reliably carries a real cost, so comprehensibility was optimized alongside correctness. Distinguish it from interpretability in machine learning, which concerns explaining a model's outputs rather than the design of an algorithm.
