unable

Definition
Marks a negative capability claim: the system cannot do the thing. Such claims are valuable but fragile, because failure has two very different causes — a genuine structural limitation, or an artifact of prompting, formatting, or the evaluation itself — and only the first generalizes. A single counterexample overturns a universal inability claim, which is why these results are frequently revisited and narrowed by later work.
