GLOSSARY
turning
appears in 1 paper titles
Definition
Converting one thing into another. In titles it almost always appears as "turning A into B", a compact way to state a method's job — the reader learns the input and the output before reading the abstract. It is the transformation sense of the verb, not turning as in rotating or changing direction.
