GLOSSARY
superintelligence
appears in 1 paper titles
Definition
A hypothesised level of capability that greatly exceeds humans across essentially all cognitive work, positioned beyond AGI, which is usually pegged at human parity. In practice the term does more work in safety and governance arguments — control, oversight, incentives — than in technical papers, because there is no agreed definition and no accepted test that would let anyone say the threshold had been crossed.
