Programs as delivered artefacts. In current papers the word arrives mostly inside software engineering, naming the research area that asks whether agents can handle the whole development loop — reading an issue, locating the relevant code, writing a fix, running the test suite, reacting to failures. It is deliberately broader than code generation, which concerns producing a single snippet from a prompt.
