self-opd

Definition
A coined method name whose self- prefix places it in the self-improvement family: systems that derive their training signal from their own outputs, self-critiques, or self-play rather than from human supervision. That prefix is informative; the rest of the acronym is not, since the authors invented it. The recurring question to ask of any such method is where the grounding comes from, because a loop trained purely on its own judgments can drift.
