GLOSSARY
poor
appears in 1 paper titles
Definition
Lacking in some resource, most often in compounds like resource-poor languages or data-poor domains, where it is interchangeable with low-resource. The word also carries its ordinary evaluative sense — poor performance, poor calibration — so the noun it modifies tells you which reading applies. In the first sense it describes the setting; in the second it grades a result.
