GLOSSARY
interaction
appears in 1 paper titles
Definition
Exchange between parties — a user and a system, an agent and its environment, or people and objects in a scene. The sense shifts with what is interacting: human-object interaction is a recognition task about relations in an image, while human-AI interaction concerns interface and collaboration design. The common thread is bidirectionality: unlike a single input-output pass, interaction implies that each side's next move depends on the other's response.
