Hunyuan is Tencent's family of AI models, spanning large language models as well as image and video generation. Several members have been released with open weights, which is why they turn up as baselines and as starting points for fine-tuning. Treat it as a brand rather than one model: the suffix — HunyuanVideo, Hunyuan-DiT — is what tells you the modality.
