Definition
An intensifier that fixes the degree of some property inside a compound. Fully connected describes a layer wired to every unit of the previous one; fully supervised means every training example carries a label, in contrast to semi-supervised or weakly supervised settings; fully automated means no human in the loop. The word carries no meaning alone — the term that follows decides what is complete.
