Definition

Statements that are not true. Evaluation papers use the word for the false assertions found in model outputs, counting them rather than characterizing them. The choice is deliberate: unlike "lie", it ascribes no intent to the system and asserts only that the content is false — which is the only part an evaluation can actually observe.
