factual

Definition
True as a matter of fact. It names an evaluation axis independent of fluency or grammaticality, and it is usually qualified — factual precision, factual consistency — because "is it factual" is too coarse to measure directly. Distinguish it from grounded, which says an output faithfully follows its sources; text can be perfectly grounded in a source that is itself wrong.
