facet

Definition
One dimension along which a system is judged. Holistic evaluation frameworks enumerate facets — accuracy, robustness, fairness, efficiency, cost — and report each separately so that comparison does not collapse into a single ordering. A facet is the property you care about; a metric is the concrete procedure that scores it, and one facet usually admits several competing metrics, none of them definitive.
