GLOSSARY
cyber
appears in 1 paper titles
Definition
A prefix marking the computational and networked side of a system, as in cyber security or cyber-physical. Its force is contrastive: cyber names the information layer as opposed to the physical plant, which is why a cyber-physical system is one where the two are coupled and an attack on bits moves machinery. It rarely stands alone as a noun in technical writing.
