Organised around individual claims rather than whole documents or responses. In factuality evaluation this means decomposing a long answer into atomic assertions and checking each against evidence separately, which localises the error instead of marking the whole output wrong and lets partially correct answers score partially. The contrast is with document-level judging, where one unsupported sentence and a wholly fabricated answer look identical.
