Getting the right answer often. The word is unambiguous for classification, where accuracy is a defined metric, but in generative settings there is rarely a single correct output, so the claim only means something once you know what it was scored against. In efficiency papers, keep it separate from exact: exact describes a computation that is not an approximation, accurate describes the quality of the result.
